The Argonaut Care home offers a beautiful and serene environment with very kind and dedicated staff. My Aunt was a guest before she passed away and she could not have received better care. She was very impressed with the staff and told me they couldn't have been kinder. Â I appreciate all that they did to make her final days as comfortable as possible. They have my highest recommendation.

We found Argonaut Care Home after my 93 year old mother had fallen, broken her hip, and unable to live by herself. We had heard wonderful things about this home and now we have experienced it first hand! It was difficult for my mother to leave her home of almost 70 years and move to a new home. But the very first day she realized that this was the right decision. Arvin was wonderful in her transition, and let her know that this was her home and she could have her morning coffee in her robe, and have her favorite meals. (They cater to the taste of their residents). I can not say enough about the care, the cleanliness of the homeand support of the staff

My wife was in a horrible accident about eleven months. She sustained over 20 broken bones and a brain injury. The doctors were amazed she survived. When she arrived at Argonaut Care Home, she was beginning to have bed sore, her mobility was extremely limited, and she understandably had a pretty bad attitude. In 3 months, she is getting quite mobile on her walker, bed sores are gone, and her whole attitude has changed. Argonaut Care Home has restored her desire to go forward. The care is very personal, the food is great, and she is getting the attention she deserves. 5 star all the way. I highly recommend this facility. I can sleep at night knowing she is in good hands.

My mother took a fall in her home in early April. After 2 nights in the hospital and 23 days in a rehab facility we needed a place for her to move to as we both knew she would not be able to live on her own. Argonaut Care Home was recommended to me by a co-worker as this is where her mother has been living for the past year. I can't tell you how wonderful Arvin( who is the owner and his a Physical Therapist by profession)  and the staff have been. When she arrived she was unable to walk even after 23 days in a well know rehab facility. Within a week my mother was up and walking with her walker due to the physical therapy she received from Arvin. I was also very concerned with how my mother would adapt to living here because she's germophobic and loves to cook her own food. Well, no complaints here! The home is very clean and she tells me all the time how delicious the food is, she especially enjoys having coffee and eating breakfast on the patio. All of the staff are so nice and friendly and I know she is getting great care. If you ever need a place for a loved one this would be it. I give it 5 stars!!!

My mother has been at Argonaut Care Home for a year. She has Parkinson’s the transition was very hard during Covid. But Arvin Gomez the owner of the now of three homes has been wonderful! The staff are exceptional! Caring , loving. The food is healthy and a lot of work goes into preparing the meals for the residents! I’m so thankful they have my mom. Best loving care anywhere!

We have had my 96-year old mother in Argonaut Care Home 3 for almost two months now. She has COPD and Congestive Heart Failure and is very frail. We are pleased with the very personalized attention and care she has been receiving. I heard one resident say, "They treat me like a queen!" The meals are served so beautifully (which means a lot to my mom!), and they are fresh and delicious. Before arriving there, mealtime was full of coaxing her to eat. She began finishing her plate as soon as she got settled! The caregivers are especially kind and patient, and when we are away, they regularly communicate how Mom is doing. We really are pleased and highly recommend the Argonaut Care Home 3.

We recently had to place my mother in law in a care facility after a fall where she broke her hip & arm. After surgery and then rehab, we realized we were not going to be able to give her proper care she needed. We are both in our 70s, and have a few health issues.
The facility she was at suggested Argonaut Care Home in Jackson, CA. It was a difficult decision, but we made it.
Let me tell you, it was the best decision ever. Mom is very happy in Argonaut. It is a very nice home. She has her own room, there are 3 other residents. The care she gets is superior.
She is bathed, fed, doing daily exercises, games. The caregivers are so sweet, loving.
Not only is she happy, she has like residents to chat with. Let me tell you, we are happy also. It has been a new lease on our marriage.
If you are faced with such circumstances, please consider a home like this. It was the best decision for us all

When I realized we needed the use of a care facility for my wife, I began investigating care giving facilities and found that Argonaut Care Home constantly received very high recommendation from my wife Dr. and member of the medical community including Hospice of Amador & Calaveras. I have found the recommendation I received to be true. The facility has a small number of patients and a very dedicated staff of professional health caregivers. They are friendly, helpful and above all very caring attitude toward their patients.

I want to share my story so anyone facing the overwhelming experience of finding adequate care for their loved one may find peace and comfort knowing they made the best selection! Dad is 93 and has lived in Pine Grove over 40 years in his own home. His health declined after dementia worsened and I could no longer provide the 24 hour care he deserved. I looked at different options available and decided to tour Argonaut's homes. Arvin Gomez the Owner/operator offered to come to Dads home and help with transitioning him into his new environment. The home has a beautiful view from the backyard which includes an exercise pool, BBQ island, umbrella. The staff is exceptional, they care for my Dad as if they are caring for their own families. The level of care is way way above any I have witnessed in the care industry. Food is prepared in house and they make it look/ taste great as well. Snacks are offered frequently too. Communications between care staff and myself are top knotch, they even send video and pictures of residents showing their participation. Our mom moved into one of the Argonaut Care Homes recently when it became too difficult for her to care for herself alone at home. We all visit her regularly, and she is extremely well cared for at Argonaut. The skilled caretakers are very attentive to the residents needs and are genuinely caring people. Mom really likes the fresh, delicious home cooked meals. The residents of the house all enjoy each others company, and often sit outside in the backyard which has a lovely view of the foothills. The environment of living in a residential house is a nice alternative to a large institutional setting. The house is very clean and well managed. The caretaker keep us posted with photos and videos and keep us informed regularly with any updates. It's been such a relief for us to have found such good care for our mom. I can highly recommend Argonaut if you are considering assisted living.

Argonaut Care Home is the answer to prayers! Our father has both dementia and cancer. He is on hospice. He settled into Argonaut's homey environment immediately. The entire staff is kind, helpful and professional. They treat Dad as if he is a member of their family. The home is very clean and pleasantly decorated. The food is anything but hospital food. It is fresh and nutritious and served family style. If we had imagined the perfect place for Dad to spend the final days of his life, Argonaut Care Home is exactly what we would have pictured. We are extremely impressed and eternally grateful!
